Applied Champions Program: Building Experts
MIAMI, Fl., August 4, 2017– After months of hard work and dedication, Carrier InterAmerica's team launched it's educational series “Applied Champions Program.” The Program took place the week of July 31 in the iconic SLS South Beach Hotel, originally the Ritz Plaza, which was the first hotel to have an air conditioning system in Miami. Thus, making it the perfect background for this event.
The event gathered Carrier InterAmerica's partners from over 32 countries in Latin America and provided in-depth training of Carrier products and services presented by a team from factory and product engineers.
The summer of 2017 marks the 115th anniversary of the invention of modern air conditioning by Carrier’s founder Willis Haviland Carrier. The Applied Champions Program was Carrier InterAmerica's way of celebrating this milestone with their partners. the weeklong educational advancement was part of a series of events that have taken place all over Latin America and the Andean territories, honoring the invention that changed our way of living.
The Applied Champions reflects the company's long-term commitment and leadership in educational programs to maintain a high level of knowledge in their partners and keep them up-to-date with the latest technologies and topics in the HVAC industry.
The collaboration between Carrier’s top engineers and their partners led to a successful and motivating event. The Applied Champions program not only honored Carrier’s past but inspired progress for the future, strengthening their relationship with their partners and encouraging innovative thinking.
